I founded Urtica Herbal to blend time-honoured herbal knowledge with evidence-based practices and an applied understanding of the body. I see patients at my clinic in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, from the town and the surrounding area, including Tring, Hemel Hempstead and Leighton Buzzard, and online from anywhere in the UK.
